Dispute Resolution Fees

Labor Arbitration
Per Diem: $1500 per day for hearing and motions, review of record, research, and preparation of written decision and award, billed in one-half day increments. Hearings are billed with a one-day minimum charge.

Statutory/Contract Arbitration
Hourly Rate: $300.00 per hour for hearing and preparation of written decision, including pre-hearing proceedings.

Mediation
$300 per hour, including preparation time.

Workplace Investigations
$300 per hour, including preparation time.

Travel: I have home offices in both Seattle and Spokane. Any travel time will be billed from the home office closest to where arbitration/mediation/investigation will be held. Also, I enjoy traveling in the Pacific Northwest and will bill at the rate of ½ of my normal rate for travel time in Washington and Oregon.

Expenses: reimbursement of reasonable expenses of travel, hotel, meals, parking, mileage, etc.

Cancellation Fees: one-half day per scheduled day for matters cancelled more than fourteen days prior to start of scheduled hearing/mediation/investigation; 2/3 day per scheduled day of for matters cancelled between fourteen days and seven days prior to start of scheduled hearing/mediation/investigation; one full day per scheduled day for matters cancelled seven days or fewer prior to start of hearing/mediation/investigation.

Terms
Invoices due on receipt
